Recently, the Wisdom Buds global patent database has completed a new round of major upgrades: adding and supplementing patent full-text data from 15 countries/regions/organizations. As of the latest, the total patent full-text coverage has reached 88 countries/regions/organizations . Added and supplemented the patent PDF data of 21 countries/regions/organizations, and the total patent PDF coverage reached 85 countries/regions/organizations , including the full text and PDF data of the recently added Iranian patents. This will help improve the efficiency of user data retrieval and achieve more comprehensive, more accurate and more convenient patent search work.

In addition, this database upgrade focuses on improving the quality of Indian patent data , including bibliographic items, full-text and PDF data. The data span is from 1991 to 2021. The full-text coverage rate of invention/utility model patents reaches 95%, and the PDF coverage rate It reaches 99%, helping users to conduct patent search and analysis more comprehensively and accurately.
As a country that attaches great importance to the field of biomedicine, India has invested heavily in biomedical research and development in the past decade, and the number of patents has grown rapidly, involving nucleic acid and peptide antibody drug preparations. For drug R&D companies, India is a strong source of future competitiveness. The Indian patent data provided by SmartBuds products will help pharmaceutical companies to conduct a more comprehensive and accurate patent analysis and layout in the biomedical field.

The updated database also includes new and supplemented design patent data of 3 countries/regions/organizations, such as Moldova design patents (as shown in Figure 3). At present, the smart buds design patents cover 92 countries/regions/organizations. , which supports image retrieval in 74 countries/regions/organizations, and continuously meets users' needs for more reliable and comprehensive patent data.
